The Erie 1 BOCES Administrative Services division helps school districts meet their goals, contain costs and navigate the ever-changing business of school district operations.

Management Services, frequently spanning beyond our region, delivers customized central office support in the following areas:

• Health, Safety and Risk Management
• Policy Services
• Sports Coordination
• Substitute Coordination

Labor Relations Services provides advice and assistance with labor, personnel and student relations matters. 

Human Resources Services provides key leadership and support to the organization and our over one-thousand employees across the region. 

Communication Services equips your school district with the tools and expertise to effectively tell your unique story, improve information flow within your school community, and provide a two-way communication aligned with your district's goals and priorities.

Our Facilities team works hard every day to ensure the safe and secure operation of our campuses, supports the distribution of items at our warehouse and oversees capital improvement projects to continually meet districts’ needs.
