Erie 1 BOCES Instructional Services recently held its annual EXCEL Award Ceremony, honoring outstanding student achievements. This prestigious award is given to select students who have excelled academically and served as exemplary ambassadors for their programs.

Throughout the year, many students are recognized for their accomplishments, but the EXCEL Award highlights those who have gone above and beyond. These students not only achieve academically but also actively participate in classes and make positive contributions to their communities, embodying what it means to excel.

The event featured a presentation highlighting the exceptional achievements of the award recipients. Each student was invited up as their name was announced to receive their award and have their photo taken. After the ceremony, there was an opportunity for families to take photos with the honorees, capturing this proud moment.
