Hillyard Custodial Management Suite - LitePro

This Web custodial management software will assist your Facilities Director in effectively improving your cleaning program outcomes - saving time, product and money. Facility square footage, floor surfaces types, cleaning patterns, and custodial staff information will be captured in the software.

There are three modules within the base application. Hillyard's massive facility database contains over 500 million cleanable square feet of facility data. The Estimate module mines this data to provide an accurate cost and labor estimate across different levels of cleanliness. The InVision module collects and analyzes your information on current cleaning processes, products and results to identify opportunities and make recommendations on how to lower cost, improve processes and improve results with best practice. The Quality Control Manager module helps to manage, monitor and continuously improve quality, using a variety of onsite inspection evaluation tools, accessed by smart phone, tablet or laptop.

The low cost optional Learning Management tool allows Facilities Directors to assign online professional growth courses or skill set videos to their staff based on evaluation outcomes. 1. During the implementation, the customer is responsible for providing the WNYRIC with current district data for import into the Custodial Management Suite.

2.The customer is responsible for reviewing imported data and reporting any discrepancies to the WNYRIC for resolution. 

3. Training is required. 

4. If the staff needs additional training, it will be the customer's responsibility to request this training. 

5. District personnel are responsible for the security and integrity of the district's username and password used to log into the Custodial Management Suite.

6. The customer will designate a contact person for communications between the WNYRIC and its customers.
7. District is to notify the WNYRIC if the contact person for this service has changed.  



1. The WNYRIC will provide a means for purchasing necessary hardware and software to be utilized with this service.

2. Provide Phone and Email Support.

3. Provide one day of district wide training in the first year as part of the support fee. In subsequent years, the WNYRIC will provide three hours of district wide online training.  

4. Additional training days are available at a per diem rate. 

5. Vendor support will be available for questions involving SED compliance and form completion.

6. Custodial Management Suite application and District databases are hosted at the vendor location on redundant servers. Those servers are backed up nightly onsite. Additional nightly backups are sent to multiple offsite locations, one within New York State and a second site outside of New York State for additional security.

7. The staff at the RIC maintain strict confidentiality while performing their duties for this service.



The WNYRIC utilizes cost effective best practices determined by research that allows our experienced and trained technical staff to perform robust testing and support of the WNYRIC network in the areas of security, infrastructure, energy management, virtualization strategies, disaster recovery and business continuity. Therefore, we are able to be a district advocate for vendor contract issues and aggressively negotiate contract pricing and performance terms. 



Staff follow best practices in order to provide necessary security as it relates to the most recent student, teacher and principal data security and privacy regulations.
