Note: Some full time programs require orientation and testing.

Tuition Obligation Policy/Full Time Students



This tuition obligation policy only applies to students who are enrolled in Full Time Programs (more than 100 clock hours in length). The enrollment periods in which tuition obligations apply are determined under the following Terms. Programs under 600 hours will follow the First Term portion of the policy only. A program withdrawal request will become effective upon 48 hour written notification to Erie 1 BOCES Workforce Development 355 Harlem Road, Building C, West Seneca, New York 14224.

Supply/Book Refund Policy

Students who receive books and supplies will not be refunded for the cost of goods. Students who have paid the supply fee but have not yet received their merchandise will receive a full refund.

Tuition Obligation Policy/Part Time Students

Part time Programs are programs under 100 hours. Tuition refunds will be made only under the following circumstances:

1. Cancellation of Course- A full refund will be made if a class is cancelled due to insufficient 

2. Withdrawals: A full refund will be made for withdrawal prior to the first week of classes.

3. A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to refunds made during the first week of class.

4. No refunds are given to students who withdraw after the first week of class.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and receive.
