Erie 1 BOCES searches for additional CTE teachers
Erie 1 BOCES is searching for trades professionals to help train our future workforce. On Aug. 10 from 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., anyone interested in learning more about how to become a CTE instructor is welcome to attend the information session at the Millennium Hotel and Conference Center.

Candidates should have either a two-year degree and two years of work experience, or four years of work experience. Administration and school representatives from BOCES and Buffalo Public Schools will be available to answer questions about future teaching opportunities.

The information session will also have representatives from Buffalo State College to explain the process of becoming a certified teacher and taking evening coursework. Representatives from the NYS Technical Assistance Center will be available to discuss certification tracks.
