Career Camp Returns

In partnership with Erie Community College, Erie 1 BOCES is pleased to announce the return of their summer camp that helps adolescents explore various careers.

Is your child presently in sixth, seventh or eighth grade and already dreaming of becoming a fashion designer, chef or athlete? Don’t let the lazy days of summer get the best of your middle school student, keep them active, engaged and having fun at career camp. Space is still available at Erie 1 BOCES full-day, week-long "Summer at the Center" career camp.

During the week of July 22, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4p.m., the camp will take place at Erie 1 BOCES Harkness Career & Technical Center on Aero Drive in Cheektowaga. Youth can attend four out of the 10 sessions offered. The sessions range from pet care and baking to engineering. Cost is $200 for the full-day, week-long, camp.

Registration and a full list of the sessions offered are available on the website:

                                                        www.e1b.org/summercamp

Space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
